šSpend most of your time in the produce department.
š„¬Your basket should be full of color.
š„Shop for seasonal selections.
š„„Look for locally grown or made.
šShop mostly on the perimeter of the store - produce, dairy, seafood, meats.
š„Eat real food.
š Frozen fruits & veggies are always good to have.
š„Always look at the ingredients - make sure the first several (if not all) are real & you can actually pronounce them.
